We carry many wheat and gluten free items. Low carb foods. Snack items such as nutrition bars, pre-packaged nuts, seeds, and fruits. Canned foods like tuna, salmon and beans. Condiments such as coconut aminos, and Braggs apple cider vinegar.
Refrigerated and Frozen
We have probiotics, Gluten free breads, sauerkraut, vegenaise, Ezekiel bread, Flax seeds and flax meal and flax oil.

Lab Tests and Consultations
We offer member pricing on several lab tests through life extension foundation and saliva tests from Bob James.
Also, consultations are available by appointment for Jeff Blair PhD. Nutrition, and Anthony Grady – classically trained Naturopath. Consultations are $40 for 20min, $60 for 30min, and $100 for 1hr. $25 non refundable fee to schedule appointments.
